CONDITION:
there is a nice old finish on this unusual ornate case, with just minor scuffs. The patterned dial center matches the pendulum bob, and the porcelain chapter ring is fine. The two top finials are replacements. The movement backplate has a "Werner's Original" trademark stamp. Ht
